The Constitutional Court of Georgia is a judicial body of constitutional control, which ensures the supremacy of the Constitution of Georgia, constitutional legality and protection of human constitutional rights and freedoms. It works on the basis of the Constitution of Georgia, the Organic Law of Georgia "On the Constitutional Court of Georgia" and the Regulations of the Constitutional Court.
