The Office conducts its activities in four main directions:

  • Inspection of the lawfulness of data processing in public and private entities
  • Handling citizen complaints

If you believe that your personal data are processed unlawfully and you want the Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can use a specific form of complaint. You can submit your application to the office, as well as fill a complaint out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge.
